clean rooms fresh fruit on-site parking selection
I found the housekeeping services excellent. The rooms were clean. Breakfast offered a very good selection. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit. I also liked the convenient on-site parking. It made our explorations easy.
I observed slight wear in some areas of the shower room.

The breakfast provided many options. It included fresh fruit and pastries. There was a very wide array of choices. It easily catered to diverse tastes and dietary needs.

I found the staff friendly and accommodating. The reception desk personnel were very helpful. I witnessed their genuine care. Their help.

The hotel enjoys proximity to the beach. It is easily accessible by foot. The general area is very quiet and serene. This made for peaceful evenings and relaxing days.

details missed the mark.
closed gym separate buildings
The room was clean, and the pools were nice. but we were disappointed by several details. upon arrival, we learned the gym and spa were closed for maintenance. it was strange to close them in july. I was not informed about it before arrival. also, our families were placed in separate buildings, even after requesting to be closer together. they couldn't move us, but i felt they were not understanding our request properly.

beautiful grounds boardwalk access fresh fruits unheated pools poor playground limited choice
the grounds looked beautiful with easy boardwalk access to the beach. nearby restaurants included sao domingo's and bella vita. breakfast had lots of choices including fresh fruits such as papaya and watermelon.
the family suites are very large however that is about the only positive thing. i expected at least one of the outdoor pools to be heated but they were not. the playground for children was poor with one slide and two swings.
